In order to facilitate your administration, we believe that it would be useful for you to open an account with Mexuscan Cargo. To avoid paying for each pick up and delivery as it occurs, a statement will be sent to you to cover all transactions. Please fill out the questionnaire below so that we can activate your account as soon as possible. All payments will be due within 30 days of the statement as per our credit policy.

I authorize Mexuscan Cargo to obtain from all persons deemed appropriate, all necessary information concerning the present credit application. This authorization constitutes the consent required by law for the protection of personal information.
